Diary 21: Coffee Jerry and Stir-fried Vegetables
Today, I made 2 liters of regular coffee and used 300 cc of it to make a coffee jerry.
In my garden, there have been Japanese mustard spinaches (komatsu-na) growing well. I harvested three bunches of them and made stir-fried meat and vegetables with chicken, carrot, Chinese cabbage (haku-sai), and komatsuna. I stir fried them a little too much. Next time, I'll make a better arrangement to cut the vegetables and stir fry them quickly.
I had rice and curry, which I made a couple of days ago, stir-fried meat and vegetables, and coffee jerry for dinner. They were not bad for me as dinner.
