Diary 17: Pound Cake
I baked a pound cake yesterday for the first time by using a ready-made mixed flour pack with all ingredients in it. With it, I used 60 grams of margarine and 2 eggs. That's all.
First, I kneaded the margarine pretty well with a whisk, then added the flour and eggs, mixed them well, poured it into the paper mold, and baked it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
That was easy. And I thought, because of the large amount of margarine, it was soft. And delicious. I'm an amateur in cooking but I could do it with easy cooking packs and the help of YouTube videos. It's gonna be fun.
